Client Success Manager

FloSports is currently looking for a Client Success Manager to work with delivering digital media and custom, integrated sponsorship programs for the company’s biggest advertising partners. They will be launching digital media campaigns, managing custom sponsorship executions (digital/experiential), problem solving and working closely with client and agency contacts to ensure each program achieves all goals. Working with the sales, events, product, trafficking, and content teams, this position will be responsible for managing all aspects of a campaign post sale. The CSM will be responsible for coordinating the collection of creative assets, working with trafficking to get campaigns live, and working with internal teams to make sure all sponsorships are being executed properly and efficiently.

The position is located in Austin, Texas, at FloSports offices, and reports into the Director of Client Success.


  • Execute all digital media and sponsorship/video elements across FloSports advertising partners
  • Liaise between multiple departments internally, including: Production, Design, Product, Content, Sales
  • Work with clients and trafficking team to fully understand and stay on top of each client’s sponsorship and media campaign elements
  • Oversee custom event/on-site executions for clients (budgeting, third-party management, collateral creation, in-person representation)
  • Set up and lead kickoff meetings followed by weekly management, updates, and status calls with clients/agencies
  • Track and document each completed phase and deliverable
  • Effectively convey the value of campaigns to clients to drive renewal of partnerships
  • Create recap reports for both media and sponsorship elements of each campaign
  • Travel periodically for in-person client meetings


  • 2-5 years experience with digital media and sponsorship execution, including client communication
  • Experience at an advertising agency or client side is a plus
  • Experience with digital media products, such as DFP, DCM, Google Analytics, Sizmek and Quantcast
  • Experience with social campaign execution (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram) a plus
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Office (specifically Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Demonstrated ability to find efficient solutions within the digital media space
  • Demonstrated ability to independently find solutions
  • Tech savvy and able to thrive in a fast-paced, team environment
